Revised Schedule for Library Innovation: Thinking Outside the Book

Here is a lineup and schedule change for WNYLRC's  regional conference on Friday, because speaker John Blyberg has had to cancel due to an emergency. Please see the revised schedule below, as well as a bio/description for our new speaker:

"eXtensible Catalog Software Portfolio"
eXtensible Catalog (XC) is open source, user-centered, next generation software for libraries. It comprises four software components that can be used independently to address a particular need or combined to provide an end-to-end discovery system to connect library users with resources.

Speaker Biography:
Ben Anderson is a Software Engineer/Architect who has worked on a variety of applications in many different industries including enterprise applications, semantic applications, consumer web applications, social applications, and embedded applications for companies such as Xerox, Paychex, TextWise, and the MTA of NYC.  He received a BS in Computer Information Systems from Grove City College and an MS in Software Development and Management from RIT.  He is currently working at the University of Rochester for the eXtensible Catalog Organization.
