NYS Senator Kennedy Proposes ISP Legislation

From the Government Technology blog, with the rollback of internet privacy protections, many states are proposing legislation to protect the data of their constituents. Mentioned in the article is State Senator Tim Kennedy of Buffalo, who introduced legislation that would prohibit ISPs from selling customer browsing history and other personal information to third parties.
